BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Board of Directors of DERIC 2000 is elected by the stockholders to manage the business of the company. The Board oversees the Company’s senior management, to whom it has delegated the authority and responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the business.
TECHNICAL STAFF
DERIC 2000 deals with technical and sophisticated products which need qualified and well trained personnel and therefore it has employed two technicians who are specialized in laboratory and medical equipment [namely Dr. David Phim (MD) and Dr. Josephat Maketa (MD).
Their duty is to prepare technical specifications before ordering equipment and items by ensuring conformity to the national and international standards are adhered to; to assist in the verification and inspection process of products during receipt and delivery; and to provide technical advice to company’s clients.
